I have paid for the app and the app is locked again, does this mean I have to pay again?

No.
iTunes keeps track of the apps that you have purchased, including any in-app purchases.
As long as you are using the same Apple ID that you used when you originally made the purchase, you will not be charged again.
Steps to unlock…
  1. There is a restore purchases button on the Main Menu of the app, try clicking this to restore your purchases.  
  2. If the restore purchases button does not work then you will have to click on any locked item within the app. Press “Unlock.”
  3. It will then have a pop-up that says “Confirm Your In-App Purchase.”
  4. Press “Buy.” Confirm that the Apple ID is the one you originally used and enter your password.
  5. It will now say “You’ve already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free.
  6. Go ahead and tap “OK” and there you go.
  7. If you have multiple iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod) that use the same account, you can also use this method to install the app on them for no additional charge.

There is no sound on my app?

Please try the following to fix the sound…
1) Check your mute switch… All of the iOS devices have a switch on the side of the device. Please make sure that this is NOT set to the off position.  This is also called the ringer.
2) Update to the latest iOS – Simply updating to the latest iOS could resolve the sound issues. To update (1) Tap the Settings icon (gears icon on your home screen) (2) Tap the General section (3) Tap Software Update (4) Tap the Download and Install button (5) Follow the directions and your device will restart.

4)  It could be the sound off button was clicked in the app on the main menu and the sub menus of the app there is a sound button, try clicking this.
5)  Also you can try pressing the volume up when you are in the app as this might help.

 

I would like a refund.

You will have to go through Apple, Google Play or Amazon to get a refund on any in app purchases or app sales.  You purchased the app through them.  Thank you.
